This competition is run by Appletiser (Pty) Limited ("Appletiser") and is open to all residents in South Africa except the employees of Appletiser and their immediate families, Appletiser's advertising and promotion agencies and associated companies, and outlet owners and their immediate families and staff.
The rules may be amended by reasonable notification at any time during the competition, and will be applied and interpreted at the sole discretion of Appletiser. Participation by the entrants constitutes acceptance of these rules.
The competition starts on 15 January 2010 and ends on 28 February 2010. The main prizes includes 6 Nintendo Wiis. Instant-win prizes include:
1. Mixit Moola
  - The MXIT Moola voucher entitles the bearer to 2000 free MXIT Moola.
  - The customer must call the "Personal Assistant" service in order to redeem the offer and be given their MXIT Moola.
  - Participating service providers are all contracted to participate in the offer. Appletiser, their promoters, agents and distributors cannot be held responsible for any service provider subsequently declining acceptance of the MXIT Moola voucher for any reason.
  - Appletiser, their agents and distributors cannot replace any lost MXIT Moola vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details without notice.
  - Voucher validity is as stipulated by the respective cell phone providers.
2. Music Downloads
  - The free Music Download voucher entitles the bearer to downloads to the value of R50.
  - Habari Direct, Appletiser, their agents and distributors cannot replace any lost music voucher code and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details without notice.
3. Airtime
  - The airtime voucher entitles the bearer to R29 free airtime (or cell phone provider equivalent: Vodacom R29, MTN R29, Cell C R25, Virgin Mobile R35, Telkom R30)
  - Participating service providers are all contracted to participate in the offer. Appletiser, their promoters, agents and distributors cannot be held responsible for any service provider subsequently declining acceptance of the airtime voucher for reasons of their own.
  - The airtime voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  - Appletiser, their agents and distributors cannot replace any lost airtime vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details without notice.
  - Winners have until 31 August 2010 to redeem the reward, once you have received the airtime voucher, validity is as stipulated by the respective cell phone providers.
To participate, entrants must purchase a six-pack of Appletiser, Red Grapetiser, White Grapetiser or Peartiser at participating outlets and SMS their name and the pack barcode number to 33283. Entrants will receive an instant response which will consist of either a winning SMS, an error SMS or a try again SMS if they were unlucky. The same cellphone phone number can only win once. Consumers who receive a winning SMS are required to phone 0861 115 569 in order to claim their prize. Redemption of prizes must be done before 31 August 2010.
Appletiser, their agents and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for misuse of the vouchers.
Winners of the main prizes will be drawn by random selection and prizes will be given away over the period of the campaign.
The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for their cash value.
Appletiser reserves the right to make media announcements and/or publications of the names and photographs of winners of the competition.
All entrants and winners indemnify Appletiser, its associated and subsidiary companies, and its directors, officers, employees and agents, against any and all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from their participation in any way howsoever in this competition.
Appletiser, its agents and distributors accept no liability whatsoever for the misuse of the reward voucher, and are not liable for any personal loss or injury at featured venues, and cannot be held responsible for any dissatisfaction concerning quality or availability of featured venues.

1. Six vouchers for annual gym memberships
  - The annual gym membership entitles the bearer to a 12 month free gym membership at any of the participating gym' nationwide.
  - The customer must make a consultation booking in advance using the "Personal Assistant" service in order to redeem the offer. (This is essential and a pre-requisite for offer redemption).
2. Six vouchers for annual Personal Training
  - The personal training for a year entitles the bearer to 3 x 1-hour sessions per month with one of our participating personal trainers. Access to the gym is not included.
  - Personal trainers will only train the winner at the personal trainers' fitness centres.
  - The customer must make a consultation booking in advance using the "Personal Assistant" service in order to redeem the offer. (This is essential and a pre-requisite for offer redemption.
3. Instant-win prizes include:
  - 100 vouchers for Pilates and 100 vouchers for Yoga sessions
  - The Pilates or Yoga class entitles the bearer to 4 x sessions with one of our participating venues and must be used within one calendar month.
  - The customer must make a booking in advance using the "Personal Assistant" service in order to redeem the offer. (This is essential and a pre-requisite for offer redemption).
