  1. This promotional competition ("Competition") is run by Appletiser SA (Pty) Limited ("Promoter") and is open to all persons of 18 years or older and resident in South Africa, except the employees and their immediate families of Promoter, Promoter's advertising and promotion agencies, associated companies, and outlet owners and staff.

  2. These rules may be amended by notification at any time during the Competition, and will be interpreted by Promoter only. Participation by all entrants ("Participants") constitutes acceptance of these rules.

  3. The Competition begins on 1 January 2012 and ends on 29 February 2012.

  4. The main prizes are 3 Old Mutual Policies valued at R20 000 each to be won by 3 lucky winners, 10 IPod Shuffles valued at R490 each to be won by 10 lucky winners, and 1000 instant Adventure Activity prizes to be won.

  5. To enter, Participants must purchase a 350ml Appletiser and/or Red Grapetiser and SMS the last 4 digits of the barcode to 45116. SMSs cost R1.00 each.

  6. The main prize and Ipod winners will be selected by an automated draw on 5 March 2012 from the pool of entries and will be notified immediately thereafter by telephone. All Adventure Activity prize winners will receive an instant unique code via SMS and a number to call in order to redeem their prize. Only 1 main prize will be awarded per winner.

  7. The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for their cash value.

  8. Promoter may make media announcements / publications of the names / photographs of Winner/s, provided that any Winner/s may expressly elect to decline this. Promoter reserves the right to carry out audits in respect of any Winner/s to verify their eligibility.

  9. All Participants and Winners indemnify Promoter, its associated companies (directors, officers and employees) and agents, against any / all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from their participation in any way howsoever in this Competition.
